We are currently looking for a smart and talented Exchange Engineer Microsoft Communications and Messaging (Lync/Exchange) Expert to lead enterprise-level Microsoft planning and implementation projects.

What you need for this position:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent work experience
- 1 or More of the following certifications: MCSE, MCSA, MCTS, MCITP, MCP
- 5+ years of advanced experience in Lync 2010 and Exchange 2003/2007/2010 Messaging (Lync 2013 & Exchange 2012 is a PLUS)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Core Infrastructure: Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 R2/(2012 is a plus), Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, PowerShell
- Strong understanding of Active Directory
- Previous experience in Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007 is a PLUS
- Strong understanding of network concepts including TCP/IP sub netting, routing, SMTP protocol, DNS, DHCP
- Previous experience in architecting and implementing core infrastructure environments within enterprise-level organizations
What you'll be doing:
- You will be providing subject matter expertise in the area of Microsoft Lync 2010/2013 and Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013 as well as a solid understanding of Active Directory
- Responsible for documenting and driving best practices
- Provide business analysis, messaging infrastructure assessments and associated documentation
