Req# 137111BR Position Title Manager, Market Site Development (New Orleans) Position Summary
Accountable for managing site development teams and activities across an assigned market. Responsible for new cell site acquisition, new site construction, site modifications, quality audits and reporting, regulatory approvals, MLA contracts, relocations, COWS, and landlord issues. Works cross-functionally as required to coordinate network planning, engineering, and performance activities. Interacts with internal groups and external vendors to assure the successful build out of the Sprint Network. Accountable for cell site capital and rent budget management and control.

New cell site acquisition, construction, and acceptance
Cell site modifications and relocations
Carrier add site development management
Sector and antenna add site development management
Landlord solutions physical cell site modifications
Permanent generator deployment
Special event/COW deployment
DAS site development/deployment
CNS deployment support
Small cell site development management
- Up to 50% travel required
- Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
- Five years experience in Site Development areas of Site Acquisition and Construction
- Five years experience managing medium and large size employee teams in wireless site development
Preferred Qualifications
- Five years experience constructing wireless cell sites across multiple states and program managing multiple outside vendors as well as full time employees
- Five years site acquisition experience involving site leases, zoning, and permitting, coupled with actual wireless construction
