Duties and Responsibilities:
As a member of the CACI team you will provide quality requirements and design services for the DEAMS program.

In the role of Apps Technical MDDI/Staff, you could expect to:
- Follow CMMI Level 3 processes that are integrated with the customer's processes to include assuring the implementation of tailored processes on the program
- Contribute to the overall technical design for all requirements specified in the System Requirements Document (SRD)
- Contribute to as well as author the required Oracle OUM related documentation for assigned areas
- Participate in the definition and prototype of the Oracle R12 and RICEW software configuration baseline
- Ensure the development and delivery of all required documentation in accordance with the Integrated Master Schedule
- Coordinate efforts with co-workers, clients, operations, and functional/technical lead personnel
- Design, develop and maintain the enterprise logical and physical data models (relational & dimensional), data dictionary and database volumetric.
- Possess solid technical skills regarding tools and technologies pertinent to enterprise data management including; conceptual and logical data modelling, physical database design, data integration ETL and data profiling to provide the proper context regarding enterprise data assets to address business and technical requirements.
- Assist in the definition and leverage of metadata management and taxonomy/canonical structures.
- Participate in the definition of the standard enterprise data management and enterprise data architecture processes and deliverables.
- Design, implements complex databases, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation and statistical methods.
- Develops expertise in use of automated tools for database/apps RICEW design and implementation.
- Designs procedures relating to database and application security including procedures by which access is authorized, enabled, changed and withdrawn.
- Participate in end-to-end physical design/definition of data to executable, including tuned and efficient database structures.
- Design and document transformations and processes applied to architecture models for executable artifact generation.

Work location will be Dayton, Ohio. Normally work M-F 8 AM - 5 PM, but occasional weekend and extended hours work could be anticipated. Some intermittent travel may be required (

Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated prior experience as an Apps tech designing, developing, and deploying Oracle E-business Suite-based solutions (11i or R12) within large organizations with high transaction volumes as well as developing composite applications, SOA-based solutions, and enterprise data virtualization
Demonstrated understanding of Federal/DoD information technology security requirements to include security certification and accreditation processes and guidelines to include Enterprise Architecture (must have previous experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices and methods with respect to ERP RICEW design and SOA-based integration approaches, standards, and tools to include security, governance, and enterprise data management, standards, and tools to include security, governance, and enterprise data management.
Demonstrable experience relevant to the following areas:
1. Solution and Enterprise Architecture
2. BPMN 2.0
3. XML
4. XSLT
5. Business Process Management software such as Oracle BPM
6. Agile Methodology
7. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
8. DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
Bachelor's degree in related field and 5-9 years of related experience.

Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of prior Federal government consulting experience.
Understands and can apply relevant enterprise architecture frameworks to include FEAF
