The Integrated Systems Group of SAIC is seeking a Senior Software Systems Engineer in Beavercreek, OH.

JOB SUMMARY
The ideal Senior Software Systems Engineer will possess specific skill sets to be a Project Technical Lead (PTL) with demonstrated leadership experience to manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team and mid/jr software systems engineers. The Systems Engineering Team integrates all the disciplines and specialty groups into a team effort forming a structured development process that proceeds from concept to production to operation. Systems Engineering considers both the business and the technical needs of all customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the user needs. The PTL will manage the technical side of development efforts in support of the program or product manager to ensure the effort is completed within the time and quality constraints.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate all engineering efforts for a project or projects from proposal through release to production.
Facilitate technical execution of a project from BOE development, to requirements capture, to decomposition, to design, to implementation, to integration, to V&V, and through release to production.
Implement and ensure compliance with systems engineering-related procedures from requirements capture through solution design and development to testing and sustainment (including cost as a key variable in our solutions).
Ensure SAIC's solutions comply with all product and project requirements.
Participate heavily in preparation of the more complex and significant proposals.
Interact with technical management, other professionals, technicians and support personnel to coordinate, recommend and confer regarding technical activities and progress
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
Facilitate communication between technical team leads and Program Management.
Ensure compliance with all project requirements.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant technical field with 10+ years of related experience.
Familiarity with Cloud technologies.
Ability to obtain 8570 Level II accreditation.
Familiar with requirements management tools such as RMsis and issue tracking software such as JIRA.
- Currently possess a minimum active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Mastery of technologies and domain knowledge.
Knowledge of DoD, DIA, and SAIC.
Experience with CMMI or ISO Certification Processes and accreditation.
Experience with Full-Motion-Video products, SOA/DI2E, ISR.
Expected to have knowledge and experience in multiple engineering disciplines enough to lead various engineers on the project team.
