40% of the search queries having an entity intent. To power entity based experiences including task completion, Bing needs a world class Back End entity Index Gen platform. We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to lead the vision and drive to build the entity index in an online world. Duties/Responsibilities:

Serve as a key leader and Individual Contributor in the Entity Index Gen PM team
Define and execute the creation of the Entity Index in partnership with other teams within Bing
Work directly with key partners to create strong platform capabilities

Requirements:

Strong ability to handle significant ambiguity and exceptionally rapid rates of change
Exceptional executive maturity to work extremely well with the most senior leaders in the company
Exceptional ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate across teams and divisions
Proven results-focused ability to foresee risks and resolve them in order to keep an exec-level critical project on schedule
Strong verbal/written communication skills required
