The services organization of EPS (Enterprise Platforms & Services) is looking for a passionate, experienced, highly motivated Senior Program Manager who has deep experience in B2B and A2A integration, demonstrated excellence in delivering world class solutions in a global organization. This role demands excellence in strategic thinking, driving for results, operational excellence, cross-boundary collaboration and impact/influence.
The successful candidate must have a track record of effectively project-managing teams in a large-scale project environment with complex cross-group dependencies. The candidate must possess and effectively apply a broad set of skills in project management, program management, portfolio management, communication, and negotiation skills to appropriately balance the needs of customers, product quality, schedule and budget.
The candidate must be self-motivated, proactive. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are very important.
Program Management and Delivery responsibilities will include:
Lead multiple concurrent software development/implementation projects; managing scope, schedule, issues/risks, trade-offs, communications and expectations.
Manage project plan and schedule commitments, ensure plan is integrated and aligned to overall organizational and business strategy.
Work with business partners to define and prioritize requirements and scope.
Develop and sustain strong working relationships with customers, development, test, operations, vendors and IT peers.
Demonstrate that customer satisfaction is top priority by ensuring team's commitments are aligned with and delivered to meet customer satisfaction objectives.
Analyze, remove, and proactively prevent roadblocks across team to meet quality standards, project milestones, and business objectives.
Follow and enforce SOX compliance and structured IT software development lifecycle (ITLC) methodology, ensuring projects adhere to SOX standards and SDLC key controls and milestones.
Ensure team output consistently meets standards and policies for security, privacy and performance.
Status reporting for the portfolio to all stakeholders
Drive corrective and strategic insight to industry best practices, trending and benchmarking, and/or research to help define and enable determined IT strategies/portfolio roadmaps.
Other qualifications include:
12+ years' experience as program manager, systems analyst or systems/management consultant.
Must have enterprise IT experience in Program Management with specific to B2B and A2A integration.
High degree of technical aptitude and a passion to learn new technologies. Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical problems and concepts and apply this knowledge.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Understanding of Enterprise IT at the scale and complexity of Microsoft
Exceptional ability to collaborate, openly communicate, present and negotiate effectively across disciplines and groups, with vendors and with customers.
Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Strong customer focus, systems analysis and analytical problem solving skills.

Worked extensively in a global delivery model
Bachelor or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, business or management information systems
