The Dynamics ERP team provides business solutions services and software for global enterprises that supports core and industry-specific ERP functionality. The Dynamics ERP team is a global R&D organization with offices in Bellevue Washington, Fargo North Dakota, Copenhagen Denmark, as well as several regional R&D centers.

Customer Implementation Readiness is a new team within Dynamics AX R&D organization formed with the goal of improving the ship-readiness of Dynamics AX. This team's charter includes identifying the business processes and data composition critical to customers and partners' success and owning E2E readiness validation with focus on Real World' scenarios based on customer and partner feedback.

Core objectives of the team are as follows:
Define and execute real world E2E customer/Partner scenarios as informed by customer & partner input and product/service telemetry
Include industry specific requirements and regional regulatory impact on core workloads
Inform engineering teams on needed coverage improvements and product/service improvement suggestions
Build and manage root datasets (test, performance, demo)
Define and Execute toward roadmap that enhances overall product quality

Qualifications:
Functional consulting experience with top-tier ERP product or best of breed suite or service specifically in the Retail Industry Solutions covering both front and back-office functions ie POS and DC/HQ
In-depth knowledge of core administrative and operational workloads and their implementations in various Retail verticals/industry sub-segment
Proven cross-team collaboration and ability to influence outcomes directly and indirectly
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain Management role or Operational role in Retail/Distribution industries with 5+ years of hands on experience of implementing top tier ERP/best of breed solution(s) specialized in Retail across diverse customer base and verticals
Functional & technical expertise in implementing and deploying one or more leading ERP solutions eg Dynamics AX, SAP Retail, Oracle Retail, Epicor Retail or best-of-breed suite eg Retalix
Experience with Dynamics AX and Microsoft Stack is an extra asset but not required
APICS Certification is a plus
Additional experience in Accounting, Financials and Inventory Valuation/Costing is a plus
Experience in providing functional expertise supporting all development activities is preferred
Ability to listen, understand and synthetize customer needs

The positions are located in Bellevue, Washington. The Dynamics R&D team also has major R&D sites at Bellevue-Washington, Fargo-North Dakota, Copenhagen-Denmark. Considerations can be made for strong candidates available to work from one of the major sites.
