The Ads Business runs on data and the Business Intelligence team is responsible for providing a comprehensive and scalable data platform to support the data needs for Bing Ads and the rest of the Online Services Division (OSD). These data needs are in the form of training data for machine learning algorithms, curated data sets for analysts, BI applications for Business/Product/Engineering teams, etc. We run mission-critical data processing systems that run 24 x 7 and are held to a very high quality bar. Our charter also includes building data platform components and services that enable OSD teams to host, process and analyze their data and build their targeted BI applications on top.

As a member of our team, you get to work on exciting and cutting-edge domains like Big Data, Data Mining, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and Machine Learning. You will learn to build and run business-critical systems where live site incidents are measured in terms of revenue impact to Microsoft. You get to work on complex Real Time and distributed systems.

We are looking for strong SDETs who have the passion of large scale services, big data, analytics and machine learning. We are also looking for SDETs who can help move the needle in the right direction in the areas of live site quality, data quality and agility.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related is required
4+ years of strong technical experiences with development and/or testing in C#/C++/Java
4+ years of experience with relational database technologies, T-SQL
Experience with Cosmos/Scope is preferred
Experience shipping multiple releases of online services and/or shrink-wrapped products is required
Working knowledge of Windows Communication Fmwk (WCF) and Windows Workflow Foundation is preferred
Experience working on large-scale data processing, analytics, data mining, and machine learning is preferred
Excellent communication skills, demonstrated ability to collaborate, and an ability to develop and coordinate strategy between multiple teams
