Tier II Support Engineer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Tier II Support Engineer to join our client in Bellevue, Washington.

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 in all areas of responsibility.
- Provide advanced level of troubleshooting.
- Provide documentation for resolved issues to further knowledge of support Tier 1.
- Provide documentation for changes to current environments.
- Ensure timely updates to all major incidents.
- Be Subject Matter Experts (SME).

Job Qualifications:

- Must have working knowledge experience of SCOM.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- System administration skills in configuring and maintaining the following: Active Directory, DNS, SQL jobs/Clustering/Mirroring, OS Configuration and applications events/logging, and Virtualization.
