Key Role:

Support the analysis, design, and development of new applications, using SharePoint and .NET development expertise. Oversee the planning, development, management, and testing of mid to large and complex SharePoint project solutions for enterprise clients. Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives, diagnosing and mapping client requirements, articulating solution risks and barriers, recommending project approaches, preparing time and cost estimates, and planning full project life cycle. Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases and gather and document business and functional objectives. Implement architecture by building components and custom designs, prototyping, data migration, maintaining technical integrity and consistency, and documenting systems. Validate system performance by developing and conducting test scripts and completing bug fixes, prepare the client to use IT infrastructure by developing and conducting training programs, and manage customer relationship by communicating SharePoint architecture standards and frameworks, answering questions, and resolving concerns and issues. Establish architectural and development standards around SharePoint, migrate Legacy SharePoint sites to SharePoint 2010, and serve as a SharePoint administrator.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with IT and managing teams during multiple phases of the project life cycle
-5+ years of experience with SharePoint and in application architecture and enterprise architecture, systems integration and development, and package implementation
-2+ experience of experience with customized SharePoint development in .NET or another SharePoint development interface language-Experience with architecture and implementation-Experience with configuration planning, testing, and change management and support-Experience with project management, complex projects, requirements analysis, and conceptual, logical, and detailed design expertise
-Ability to effectively interface with client executives and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Public Trust clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with .NET development platform, including Visual Studio, and .NET framework, C#, C++, VB.Net, ASP.Net, crystal reports, databases, transact-SQL, XML, soap, data modeling, data integration, 2010, such as MOSS, Web services, SDLC, agile development and methodologies, SQL server, BizTalk, exchange, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint Server
-Experience with client relationships and team facilitation-Experience with meeting facilitation
-Experience with other WCM and ECM products a plus
-Knowledge of Web architectures, including portals, application servers, security, service oriented architecture (SOA), and .NET technologies-Knowledge of relational database technologies and data access patterns and frameworks-Knowledge of the business environment, models, and motivations
-Possession of excellent leadership, managerial, business analysis and redesign, consulting skills, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in CS, MIS, or a related field preferred
