We are a growing organization who provides web-based products and services. In an effort to maintain our seat as the best company of our kind, we are hiring for a Java Developer with a background building scalable web applications and systems using Spring, Hibernate, Weblogic, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
What you'll need for this role:
- Heavy experience building web-based software applications and systems with Java
- Experience with web and application Servers like JBoss, Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic
- Experience with Open Source MVC frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
- A background with Agile/Scrum development
- Familiarity with both relational databases like MySQL and Oracle and at least one NoSQL database
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and building the next generation of our web-based applications and services
- Contributing to the continuing success of our organization by working on our flagship service
- Collaborating with our product and design groups to built the best applications possible
We'd love it if you also had:
- A background with other object-oriented programming languages
- Experience in the social and/or E-commerce space
