The core areas are Management Consulting, system transformation, and Information system management. Ideally we need someone with a strong Merchandising Management Resources/MMR skill set.
Job Description:
The Senior Oracle Retail Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of various Oracle Retail modules. This role assists clients in the selection and implementation of Oracle Retail suite of applications. This consultant will be responsible for various stages of SDLC in the implementation of Oracle Retail Solutions Suite. You will be expected to provide guidance for CRPs, provide functional and technical knowledge and manage client relationships within individual role.
Requirements:
- Merchandising/MMR Implementation
- Proven experience on minimally 1 full life cycle, end to end Oracle Retail/Retek implementation
- Preferred Bachelors Degree
- Demonstrable strong problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to travel 80% of the week
- Commutable to major airport
Functional Skills
- Deep understanding of Oracle Retail Modules (Merchandising, Price Management, Invoice, Match, Sales, Audit, Merchandise, Financial Planning, Assortment Planning and Analytics)
- Expert knowledge of base application business processes
- Oracle Implementation version 11, 12 or 13 highly desired
- Knowledge of core Retail business concepts (Merchandising, Planning and Allocation, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, Store Operations)
- Strong experience in business process analysis and redesign including business analysis skills, process mapping and business process improvement and implementation
- Experience in leading CRP session is highly desirable
