Project Manager, Information Risk Management (Job Number: 1305657)
Description
Role within Wealth Management Information Risk Management. Key contact to business groups and some end clients within the WM organization for information risk related projects. Responsible for end to end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, customer management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation. Ensures projects are completed effectively and on time. Ensures smooth transition of product knowledge to business users and product subject matter experts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of Information Risk corporate initiatives to the WM business community on time and scheduled basis.

Ability to analyze new directives to execute and create tools to communicate and educate users.
*
Liaison between customers and internal technical groups to ensure effective execution and knowledge transfer.
*
Manage communication with the business at a detailed functional level, discuss/resolve issues, and manage customer expectations.
*
Conducts status meetings and facilitates issues resolution and risk mitigation.
*
Provide project level reporting to senior management, customers and other stakeholders.
*
Coordinating smaller work efforts and larger work efforts often with multiple assignments simultaneously.
*
Facilitate testing preparation and test execution.
*
Proactively identifies issues and risks with a project or across projects.
*
Escalates and resolves these issues/risks as needed.
*
When required, supervise project managers and associate project managers.
*
Broad understanding of business analysis, business processes and risk management.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Management or related discipline is preferred. Experience with technology and/or the financial securities industry is a plus. At least five to seven years of experience in a project management environment or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Effective communication skills including ensuring deadlines are met by various constituencies. Strong Data management skills; experience with Excel required; Microsoft Access a plus; 5 + years' experience with Investment Management systems and data; Strong analytical skills to assess risk within systems and business processes; exposure to audits/regulatory reviews.
