Job Description: Senior Business System Analyst Senior Business Systems Analyst to work with App Dev team on use cases with Claims Processing for major HIX project

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in systems analysis including
- Use Case development
- Data analysis
- Defect analysis & triage
- Effort/risk estimation
- Healthcare payor background
- Self-starter
- Able to turn around deliverables quickly and aggressively follow up on open questions & issues

NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED (including team oriented, managerial skills, etc.)
Other healthcare (provider) background
Hardware/Software Packages
SQL experience a big plus
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BS or equivalent and 7-10 years experience in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent combination.
