Level 1 Technical Support Engineer - Genius Labs - Longmont, CO-131047
Description
This role is in technical support with our fast growing software company, vAuto Genius Labs. We are looking for a new grad with a technical degree, or an experienced support rep, with a technical background, preferably someone with experience working on the phone and assisting customers with technical issues. This person must have excellent communication skills and be able to quickly assist customers in resolving issues. This role with be located at our offices in Longmont, Colorado, just 20 minutes from Boulder and 35 minutes from Denver.

Proactively manage client data integrations and conversions

Provide software support/technical assistance to client users
*
Effectively communicate with customer during integration activities
*
Accurately input and maintain customer and activity log using CRM tool
*
Identify system wide problems and outages and communicate solutions to the support and leadership teams
*
Interfaces with customer's multiple vendors and platforms to ensure seamless data flow, proactively identifies and resolves data issues
*
Identifies new support processes, documents and communicates processes using knowledge database
Qualifications
*
Bachelor or Associate degree with a focus in Information Technology or Computer Information Systems and programming
*
Strong working and fundamental knowledge of relational databases
*
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
*
Analytical and problem solving skills
*
Excellent telephone, verbal and communication skills
*
Keen attention to detail
*
Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, execute and deliver on time
*
Accepts and manages projects and directives with minimal supervision
*
Hands-on technical experience a plus
