Front End/Back End Developer - Permanent

Yoh has a direct hire opportunity for a Front End/Back End Developer to join one of our leading clients in Bridgewater, NJ.

Job Overview:
- The Front End/Back End Web Developer is responsible for providing technical leadership on web application projects, as well as hands-on coding. The role requires significant experience developing web applications for external clients. This individual should have strong technical skills, good understanding of business requirements and good communications skills. This position requires working with internal creative staff, Project Managers, and Account Managers, and being a strong team player.
- Reports to the Vice President of Creative

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and client teams to understand the brand, audience, and business; then design, scope, plan and develop web based applications, web sites, enhancements
- Review and respond to business requirements, review technical designs, review code and SQL scripts, and provide technical guidance and hands on development
- Locate and manage external development resources to broaden the agency's capabilities
- Support existing ASP.NET solutions, and provide Legacy enhancements
- Provide input and recommendations on software design decisions

Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Digital Agency or Design Studio, a major plus
- Overall software development experience with demonstrated, hands-on roles in developing client and Server Side, web-based solutions
- Multiple years of strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, ASP.NET and PHP
- Strong experience working with responsive and adaptive frameworks
- Ability to support existing .NET solutions
- Fluent in MySQL/SQL database Back End website integration
- Experience with CMS architectures (Drupal, Joomla, WordPress)
- Able to manage time productively and handle multiple projects
- Able to communicate ideas to various levels of management
- Able to resolve technical issues in production
