Network Engineer

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for a Network Engineer to join our client in Bridgewater, NJ.

Job Overview:

The qualified candidate will be part of the Access Service team, which is in charge of network security and access services (remote access, Extranet, Secure web access, Firewall, and DMZ). The team's mission is based around the technologies and the infrastructures of access gateways and services as well as secure Internet access.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide global 3rd level incident support and problem resolution for activities related to services provided, in collaboration with the 3 Regional Service Delivery teams.
- Subject matter expert in technologies related to Web Proxy, URL filtering, Log management, file exchange gateway (MFT), and content delivery.
- Contribute to various projects to develop, implement, and operate secure access services and act as subject matter expert on these areas.
- Support, maintain, and enhance web based tools developed, and deployed in the scope of Access Service (.Net/C#, IIS, MS-SQL).
- Knowledge of the company's security policies and platforms for Internet security.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree (Master degree preferred) in computer science or network security
- Two to five (2-5) years of experience of network security architecture with large scale implementation
- Previous experience with design and implementation of IS projects
- Proven communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Experiences in a global networked organizational environment
- Working Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Unix/Linux based OS, Perl, PowerShell Scripting
- Working knowledge of common web application technologies such as .NET/C#, IIS, MS-SQL
- Knowledge of: IPv4 and v6, dynamic routing, Routers, Firewalls and Visio Project Management

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

- Fluent English, French would also be a plus
- Significant knowledge of Bluecoat SG products, F5 load-balancing, LogLogic, Keynectics, and MFT would be a plus.
