We are one of the leading healthcare organizations in the country and we are seeking a technical Manager for our Application Development team. We have over $10B in annual revenue and are growing. We are seeking a technical lead with project management and team management. You will lead a team over Document Management applications, Rules and benefits processing applications.
What you need for this position:
- BachelorĂ¢â‚¬ s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience in full life cycle Software Development in a Client Server/web-based environment
- Previous project leadership experience
- Working experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, SQL Server and/or Oracle
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Healthcare or HIS systems
- Experience with FileNet, Documentum or related would be a plus
- Experience with image manipulation and Business Process Modeling would be a plus
- Experience with rules engine (such as Blaze) implementations would be a plus
What you'll be doing:
- Manages the software development staff
- Project management
- Business analysis and solutions architecture
- Technical documentation and requirements gathering as needed
- Vendor management as necessary
- Budgeting and Operational functions over the team
