The Corporate Business Services Lead will be responsible for providing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Consultation services support. The Lead will support customers in obtaining products and services from the Information Technology/Information Management (IT/IM) organization and support customer solutions and customer contact efforts. The Lead will provide technical assistance by identifying, evaluating, developing systems and procedures, and communicating customer requirements across the IT/IM and Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) organizations. Facilitate the development of integrated full spectrum solutions by orchestrating and coordinating meetings and planning activities and their implementations across the Divisions, Products, and Services areas. Devises and modifies procedures to solve business problems. Develop customer profiles including current product and service usage, future enhancements/expansions, and possible new customer opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's Degree will be acceptable in lieu of 2+ years of on-the-job experience.

6+ years of related experience, perhaps in the customer service, account management, consultant field. 4+ years of related experience with a Master's Degree.

Knowledge of assigned customer, product(s), company functions, and service policies and procedures is a must. This is a customer service and problem resolution type of position, requiring a Lead who is professional, an excellent communicator, and has an aim-to-please personality. Rather it is via formal education or on-the-job training, proficiency in computer applications, technologies, and problem solving are required for the position.

Knowledge of the DoD and DoN application and portfolio management initiatives. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. Experience with proposal development and preparation is a plus. Experience with any of the following is a plus: Microsoft Access, HTML, SQL, ASP, Cold Fusion, XML, ASP.Net, JAVA, Crystal Reports and Visual Basic, Oracle, J2EE, JAVA, and Informatica. C+, JAVA, CSS, HTML, AJAX, and Front-End Design. PHP, Ruby, ColdFusion or other web application language is a plus. Dreamweaver, Eclipse, Visual Studio or other development environments is a plus.
