THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The HR Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the following functions:

  • Support SAP HR functional modules, PA and OM, including:
  • Perform new/change configurations required by HR with respect to PA/Benefits and OM modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues reported by HR.
  • Provide functional specifications to developer as needed for new interfaces or changes to existing interfaces to various benefit providers (Aetna, Prudential, Cigna, EyeMed, and PayFlex) and other programs to support HR. Perform testing with developer and users as needed to implement changes.
  • Create/change LSMW, Infosets and Queries as requested to support HR.
  • Support the ESS application including performing new/changes functionalities in the portal Servers as needed.
  • Support Kronos Timekeeping application including.
  • Support SAP/Kronos interface: troubleshoot, implement requested changes.
  • Support the Kronos application: troubleshoot and fix issues reported by users.
  • Support various Connect interfaces within Kronos application.
  • Work with Kronos resources to implement new/changes requested functions within the Kronos application.
  • Support SAP/ADP interface:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by HR/Payroll.
  • Work with users and developer to implement changes to this interface as requested by HR/Payroll.
  • Support Success Factors modules, configuration and interfaces.
  • Other functions and responsibilities:
  • Ensure deliverables are adherent to project governance and compliant with Oakley/Luxottica Standards as well as general SAP principles.
  • Participate in the identification, developments of action plans, and ensure execution of all SAP/other Legacy systems best practices and change impacts as required for a successful go-live
  • Build and maintain highly effective relationships with key share groups, business process owners, peers within IT and throughout the company.
  • Maintain awareness of customer satisfaction levels with respect to individual and team performance.
  • Represent IT function within Oakley in all matters related to HR, Payroll and Kronos, provided it is approved by the Business Process Owner.
  • Ongoing communication of issues, activities and initiatives with team, Manager or Project Manager as appropriate.
  • Ongoing communication with the Director and VP with respect to value added initiatives and projects, with a view to identifying and leveraging opportunities.
  • Build SAP and Success Factors knowledge within the team; become a key asset in building an efficient and effective sustainment organization.
  • Ensure that all HR, Payroll and Kronos mission critical operations are executed without errors
  • Participate in weekend, on-call and after hours work during cutovers during SAP Go-Lives and Projects.

THE QUALIFIERS

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent. Functional HR or Payroll Designations if applicable.
  • 5 to 7 years of configuration, testing and production support experience supporting SAP HR and Payroll applications in a North American setting.
  • Hands on experience with Success Factors suite.
  • Hands on involvement in multiple end to end HR/SAP implementations and/or rollouts.
  • Solid experience writing functional specs for interfaces
  • Knowledge of integration points with other modules (FI, SRM, T&E) is required.
  • Hands on experience participating in (building scripts, test data etc) in SIT and in guiding UAT is a must.
  • Available to Travel to Parent company locations
  • International experience in Canada, Europe and/or Asia Pacific
