Systems Administrator

Yoh has a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join our client in Chula Vista, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
- Configure, Implement, Maintain, and Monitor the network infrastructure including 50+ Windows 200X Servers running Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, and SQL Servers.
- Keep all the firmware, Operating Systems, application software updated on all the Servers, server components, network appliances, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, printers, storage arrays, and other devices as per manufactures recommendation.
- Monitor and maintain Active Directory and Email accounts for all users.
- Create and update system documentation and network diagrams as required using Visio and other documentation tools/software.
- Develop SOP to document IT Processes.
- Perform daily monitoring of network security using various tools and reviewing system and application logs and maintain a high level of vigilance to prevent internal and external attacks.
- Serve as primary support for desktop and network related support tickets.
- Be available on call as required 24X7 basis including on weekdays, weekends and holidays for emergency support as required and scheduled by the manager.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience providing information systems support in computer networks.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange Servers, WSUS updates, and VMware Environment.
- Must be able to multitask and provide excellent customer support.
