VTC Technician - Secret Clearance

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Secret Cleared VTC Technician to join our client in Coronado, California.

Possession of a DoD Secret Security Clearance is required as a condition for employment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain Polycom or Tanberg VTC devices.
- Remotely install and configure VTC devices.
- Troubleshoot connection issues with customer.
- Coordinate with product and network engineers and field service techs.
- Monitor video conferences to ensure high quality service.
- Manage bridge resources.
- Document work/requests/troubleshooting in Remedy or HPSM.

Job Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) to obtain a secret clearance. Must have Interim secret to start.
- Must have Security Plus certification.
- Must have strong Networking experience (Routers, Switches, IPs).
- Must possess exceptional problem solving skills.
- Must have strong skill in troubleshooting IP based devices.
