We are willing to offer excellent compensation packages including a base salary that ranges between $90K-$120K,Benefits, Bonus etc.

What you need for this position:
-BS, MS or equivalent in Computer Science or similar degree
-7+ years experience in quality management, testing or application development
-2+ years of experience translating business and technical requirements into test cases and test data set requirements
-Deep knowledge of the test data management discipline (data generation and protection) across the software development lifecycle
-Experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-wide test data management processes using industry standard test data management tools
-Strategic thinking skills and ability to bring thought leadership around complex topics, with the aim of generating business value
-Ability to articulate a high-level vision and business value as well as translate complex and cross-functional business needs into technology solutions
-Strong analytical skills and ability to comprehend and drive solution to complex technical problems
-Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to effectively communicate technology concepts across IT and business, and to appropriate governance and approval committees
-Ability to act as a change agent; identify and drive change efforts to enhance IT business practices and processes
-Strong collaboration skills and ability to rally representatives across various departments toward a common vision
-Financial services experience, particularly in the Asset management space, is preferred
-Project management experience, is a plus
-Information Security or Risk experience, is a plus
What you'll be doing:
-Drive a common understanding of test data requirements across non-production environments
-Translate business and technical requirements into test cases and test data set requirements
-Manage test environment dataset acquisition and refreshment through testing cycles
-Lead and drive strategic decisions relative to test data generation, protection and migration keeping in mind business needs and data sensitivity regulations. Helps mitigate risk and reduces reliance on usage of production data by driving strategies to create, engineer or re-use test data
-Aligns with and influences related initiatives, such as establishment and implementation of a test environment management process and solution
-Collaborates with other teams within and outside IT, to develop and implement broad, long term test data generation/management and protection solutions. Drives analysis and decision making around usage of tools in the test data management space
-Leverages industry best practices in solution development and implementation
-Collaborates with vendor partners and teams such as Application development, Infrastructure & Operations, Architecture and Risk. Interfaces with other efforts in the information security and data management spaces and represents data management interests on projects
-Provides oversight and delivery for a managed vendor service that provides data protection, test data management and test environment management support.
