Based near Davenport, IA, we are an international manufacturing leader that has been in business for well over 20 years. We are currently going through a large scale Oracle ERP upgrade and we have an immediate need to hire an Oracle Applications Developer to join the team on a Full time basis. Our next developer will be required to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of Oracle R12. Programming in PL/SQL and Java will be essential to success for the role. Any experience in an SOA environment or experience developing application in a manufacturing company will be highly desired, but not required. You will be an integral part of this high-level programming team and have tremendous growth opportunities within the organization.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience developing applications that support Oracle 11i or R12
- Strong Pl/SQL development skills (triggers, procedures, packages, etc...)
- Experience developing in Java within Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Experience with Oracle Development Kit - Reports and Forms
Bonus Points:
- SOA experience
- Experience developing Oracle apps for a manufacturing company
- Shell Scripting
- HP Quality Center experience
