The Process Analyst is responsible for coordinating with process owners to develop and support imaginative custom applications and databases to drive productivity and enhance the customer experience. This is a fast paced, fun, small team environment that will provide a creative programmer an opportunity to experiment in a variety of applications. Essential Responsibilities: Support, enhance and manage change control existing automations & databases
Provide technical expertise with the integration of new software and database solutions
Drive change to increase efficiency, minimize operating expenses or improve quality of application systems
Partner with assigned internal clients to evaluate reporting/data requests, including needs analysis and report structure
Build customized data search/mining reports or tools to meet customer needs
Perform basic statistical analysis on data to identify basic factors influencing trends and relationships of variables to drive improved growth results
Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures for all databases and macros
Support Six Sigma Quality initiatives to deliver process improvements across the business
Identify and drive resolution of data integrity and systems enhancement issues Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or High School/GED diploma with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial services, operations or customer service setting).
Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software applicationEligibility Requirements:
