Our software development group is part of the Math and Literacy Group, which is focused on the design, development and deployment of effective learning solutions for the K-12 market. These products specialize in providing personalized instructions, high-stakes assessments, and virtual learning solutions.
Responsibilities

You love working with all parts of development, from design to code
You think test-driven development is the way to go and are either doing it in your current job or are eager to get into it
You are a self-motivated individual who will research and learn the necessary things to create beautifully simple solutions
You have a black belt in software development and the skills and knowledge of a sensei (in software terms), and you are ready to take your career to the next level
You have a computer science degree or equivalent experience.
User experience is paramount in everything you do
You understand and think Agile (particularly Scrum) is a great way to develop software
You can easily integrate into a small team of highly motivated people
You get along well with people and are easy going. You have no ego (or you have a place where you can leave it when you come to work)
You are passionate about doing good around the world and helping children learn more effectively using technology
