The Data Analyst on the Integration and Data Services team is responsible for managing the import of enrollment information from our Insurance Carrier Partners. Requires keen attention to detail and an eagerness to troubleshoot and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple client data integration points
• Acts as liaison/facilitator across technical and operational departments
• Researches file issues using the enrollment platform as well as various proprietary systems
• Tracks testing and client activity

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS degreePrevious work processing data files preferred
• Ability to analyze and identify concerns proactively
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL a plus
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exemplary organizational skills
