Benefitfocus is looking for an energetic, assertive, and articulate Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join a dynamic team of software sales individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to develop and consistently build business relationships, facilitate activities for additional enterprise product sales and provide client management. The Enterprise Sales Account Manager will work hand-in-hand with a pre-assigned Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of Benefitfocus Enterprise Products and Services, manage carrier's executive level and key stakeholder relationships, provide oversight on operational functions, and advise on enterprise implementations of products and services at major US-based health plans. The person will be responsible for an overall sales quota of up-selling software deals with his/her carrier clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Communicate with clients and respond in an effective and timely manner to ad-hoc client requests and needs.
- Must have enterprise software sales experience
- Research and analyze various sales and operations related information.
- Develop credible relationships at various management levels
- Display the ability to foster an open dialogue and professional exchange of ideas and approaches.
- Possess the ability to drive sales of enterprise products and services as an individual contributor and as a contributor to enterprise team sales.
- Build and leverage team relationships within the enterprise software sales.
- Possess outstanding organizational, oral, and written skills.
- Effectively manage and achieve annual assigned sales targets that are quota carrying.
- Computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
