Currently, we are seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst that has strong Business Process Analysis skills, to fill this important position on our team of skilled professionals
The Sr. Process Analyst supports various areas by:
Providing industry solution business experience to process design workshops.
Planning and scheduling business process workshops
Developing templates and guidelines for consistent documentation from all workshops.
Facilitating business process workshops.
Managing business process scope.
Managing the production of business process mapping.
Developing functional business requirements.
Ensuring traceability of project scope and functional requirements to technical requirements.
Creating holistic business life cycle map.
Ensuring final business solutions meet both functional and technical requirements and that all processes map correctly
Identifying organizational impacts and new skill set requirements to support business process.
Facilitating effective process change discussions.
Collecting and maintaining data for the Project work stream plan.
Validating of required reports.
Assisting with maintenance, tracking and resolution of issues and action items
Elevating risk triggers to Project Manager
Coordinating functional and technical dependencies with other work streams.
Providing QA/QC review for process design delivery.
Business Process Analyst must have excellent communication skills with a "Can Do" attitude, self starter with the ability to take ownership of projects with successful delivery
