Yoh has a contract opportunity for an IT Business Analyst to join our client in Charlotte NC.

Job Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst will work on Merger IT projects.
- Complete analysis, facilitates meetings, conduct interviews, translate technical requirements, functional requirements, and process models.
- Build new processes, improve existing processes, act as a liaison between business groups, manage multiple projects concurrently, and work across teams.


Job Qualifications:
- Business Analyst with six (6-9) years of experience.
- Must have Rational Rose or Enterprise Architecture experience.
- Business Analyst with excellent communication skills to interact with the business to drive out business processes and requirements.
- Business Analyst with experienced facilitation skills for workshops, conducting interviews, leading meetings.
- Ability to document business requirements, technical requirements, and business process flows.
- Experienced in modelling requirements using standard UML practices.
- Experienced with creating a traceability Matrix to all functional and technical requirements
- Experienced in using a software modelling tool such as Enterprise Architect or Rational Rose for documenting requirements, business modelling, use cases, etc.


Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Experienced using BPMN 2.0(Business Process Model and Notation) for documenting business process flows
