Responsibilities

Senior Consultants are Project Team Members with a primary focus on delivery.
- Assuring quality completion of the deliverables
- Liaison to Client Projects, to deliver specific deliverables and subject matter
- Participating in new process visioning and design
- Planning new solution implementations
- Assisting in the development of client proposals
- Assisting in identifying new work at existing client

Qualifications

- 3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience
- Statistical methods and competency. Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university

Preferred Skills

- Master's degree and/or professional certifications are advantageous
- Demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement experience; including a role in managing and interfacing with senior level client executives
- Demonstrated competency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office (power-user) and Database Management (familiarity) and design.
- Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large
- Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
