The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks Sr. Manager position for our IT Compliance group focused on supporting the customer facing organizations at TWC. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Position Summary
As Senior Manager, Services IT Compliance, you will plan, execute and manage all aspects and activities of an IT Compliance team tasked with supporting TWC Business Class and NaviSite customer compliance needs. This is a critical position that will impact revenue to the company.

Essential Job Functions

- Lead a seasoned IT Compliance team in IT security related efforts stemming from SLA's with external customers supporting their compliance needs.

- Participate in RFI/RFP responses with Company Sales teams

- Prepare audit results and various other reports to support the business needs.

- Create audit coverage plans in support of sales strategies in-line with company guidelines to achieve product commitments.

- Train, coach, motivate, and evaluate performance of the IT Compliance team.

- Routinely analyze industry trends and customer requests and inquiries to uncover potential opportunities.

- Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs and competitive offerings and when appropriate prepares gap analysis and action plan to address.

- Participates in review and negotiation of contracts with Sales, Legal and the Program Management Office.

- Coordinates with Sales, Engineering, IT Security and Audit departments to insure quality, integrity, and service delivery to our customers.

Job Requirements/Knowledge & Experience

- Experience in consulting on securing customer environments for a variety of compliance standards including HIPAA, HITECH, NIST, FISMA, FERPA, PCI, and other compliance frameworks.

- Experience working with government agencies and contracts is desired.

- Knowledge of technologies such as VPNs, Firewalls, Web Hosting, VoIP, Routers, IP Networking is a plus.

- Knowledge of vulnerability scanning, penetration testing and logging and monitoring practices a plus.

- Ability to develop and execute an effective audit plan for customer facing environments and schedules.

- Skilled in creatively matching available solutions with business needs of clients.

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, writing and communications skills to deal with all levels of people, both inside and outside the company required.

- Ability to take initiative and handle various tasks simultaneously while working efficiently, effectively, and independently under minimal supervision required.

Preferred Qualifications:

CISSP, CISM or GIAC certification

Extensive knowledge of the FedRAMP process

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university

- 3 to 5 years of management experience in an IT security and/or IT compliance focused organization.
