Duties and Responsibilities:
The individual supporting this task shall have at a minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience developing and integrating software plus have strong programming skills in Java, HTML, and XML. Have an active TS/SCI clearance. Familiarity and experience with Scripting languages such as PERL, Python or Groovy are highly desired. Must have experience integrating software with SQL databases and database schema design. Must have ability to design UI and program mock-ups to match functional and system requirements exhibiting good documentation writing skills.

Enhance an existing web application for a DoD client by developing new solutions as well as integrating with existing COTS/GOTS best-of-breed technologies. Emphasis on the Oracle 10g RDBMS suite, including SQL, PL/SQL, and DBA tools. Provide technical expertise in the areas of database architecture and design, migration, implementation, extraction, translation, loading, performance tuning. Responsible for the design, development, unit and integration testing of all new code. Candidate must possess strong team skills, and be prepared to work in a collaborative, high energy environment.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of development experience with SQL/Oracle RDBMS 9i or 10g
- Strong skills in PL/SQL, Java, HTML, and XML
- Experience with packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers and materialized views
- Experience with the requirements, design, implementation, and administration of database applications
- Experience with UNIX environments
- Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple technologies, including JAVA and .NET development
- Experience with PERL, Python or Groovy
