Data Center Solutions Consultant - STL Regional Engineer Cisco Data Center Solutions Consultants - Anywhere in TX Leading Solutions Providers is in growth mode in numerous divisions and currently adding to their Data Center Solutions Engineering team. Company has an established track record in numerous Verticals/Industries (Commercial, Enterprise, Public Sector, Energy, Healthcare, etc) and is looking for seasoned & specialized Data Center Subject Matter Experts who can carry out projects from inception to finish.
*Ideal candidate will have solid experience working as a Pre & Post Sales Engineering for competing VARs or a leading OEM and enjoy carrying out projects from start to finish.

Needed for this position:
- Relevant certifications are desired: CCNP, VCP, VSP, EMCIE, NCIE, CCA, CCEA, etc.
- CCIE lab is a huge plus along with a VCDX
- 5+ years of Data Center, Virtualization & Storage Engineering skills and experience including Cisco UCS, Cisco Nexus, Cisco MDS, EMC Storage, NetApp Storage, VMware Virtualization, and Citrix.
- Strong experience in in client facing roles is required along with excellent communication skills and the ability to positively represent the firm.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Full life cycle management of Data Center Engineering projects (Pre-Sales, Solutions Design, implementation, and troubleshooting/support)
- Act as a regional SME for Data Center, Virtualization & Storage Architectures & Strategies
- Working with clients to guide through knowledge transfer and detailed documentation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, key technology partners and internal teams (sales, support, etc.)
- Provide Tier 3 support for other regions when needed.
