We are hiring into the following target markets at All Career Levels: New York, Baltimore/D.C., Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Candidates MUST reside or be willing to relocate on their own to these target markets. Relocation assistance is not available.

Avanade's Change Enablement (ACE) Group covers the lifecycle of a change program and includes the following core offerings: - Change Strategy - Bringing proven change architectures and best practices to help clients navigate change.
- Organization Change Enablement - Enabling clients to manage their organizational change efforts, such as the transition to outsourcing, and system and process change. Specifically supporting three sub-offerings:
- Change Management: enabling clients to manage organizational change efforts related to Microsoft technologies, such custom development, social collaboration, the transition to outsourcing, system and process change, communications.

- Journey Management: defines and manages the organization's overall journey, which involves integrating the journey and its programs to the organization's strategy, vision, and aspirations or North Star, which includes what is critical to the organization, and defines both the short- and long-term view for it.

- Learning & Readiness: supports the creation and delivery of information to ensure proper solution awareness and adoption to all end users. Avanade carries a Gold Competency and Learning Partnership with Microsoft, where we design and deliver Microsoft Official content to IT professionals.

Change Enablement Consultant has the following Responsibilities:
- Execute ACE Work Plan development and implementation.
- Execute ACE Status Report creation.
- Report status on work:

- Timesheet creation, timesheet completion compliance, and timesheet approval compliance.

- Earned Value, Budget Analysis, Schedule Variance, Variance at Completion, Cost Performance Index, and Schedule Performance Index. Collaboration
- Determine ACE Project Plan approach through estimates, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule.
- Contribute to the development and execution of organizational training programs
- Identify assignments and goals on work plan
- Identify, track, and escalate issues in a timely fashion (issue log)
- Awareness of common risks on a project and their potential impacts
- Business Acumen

- Solution Delivery, Quality and Methodology

- Communication - team, client, and other groups

- Leading Yourself, Others and the Organization
- Ensure that the end product fulfills the contract and meets the sponsor's expectations.

Have knowledge and some experience with:

1. Change Strategy

- Application of the change architectures, models, and frameworks used to execute multi-workforce, cross-generational, or multi-cultural, complex change successfully.

- Assist client executives communicate frameworks, cultural norms, and stakeholder engagement practices.

2. Change Enablement Execution

- Approach Change Management as a "Science" instead of an "Art" by using data-driven and predictable methodology

- Create and utilize methods, estimators, and frameworks that integrate tightly with the broader project

- Plan and drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement
- As well as other assigned tasks and responsibilities

- 0-3 year of change management or organizational development experience
- Experience working in teams and influencing others
- B.A., B.S. and/or Organizational Degrees or related; Masters degree useful
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to travel +80%

Consultant/Sr. Consultant Career Level:
- 2+ years of Change Management or Organizational Development experience
- 2-5 years Professional Consulting or Advisory experience
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation (verbal and written) skills
- Experience leading project change for customers
- Experience working in cross functional and complex teams
- Experience leading teams and influencing others
- B.A., B.S. and/or Organizational Degrees, or related; Masters degree useful
- Ability to travel +80%
- Large Consultancy background preferred

Manager/Group Manager Career Level:
- 4+ years of Change Management or Organizational Development experience
- 5-9 years Professional Consulting or Advisory experience
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation (verbal and written) skills
- Experience leading large and/or multiple projects for customers
- Experience in leading cross functional and complex teams
- B.A., B.S. and/or Organizational Degrees, or related; Masters degree useful
- Ability to travel +80%
- Large Consultancy background preferred
