Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer - MVC, OO Design Patterns, SQL Web Developer with strong MVC Programming Skills needed for a Web Based Music Network, SQL Skills Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer - MVC, OO Design Patterns, SQL

Based in downtown Boston, MA, we are looking for you to mentor our junior team of Ruby on Rails Engineers along with providing strategic design decisions for our highly scalable music platform. We offer stimulating development and a "think outside of the box" team. If you are a Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer with strong MVC Programming and SQL skills, please read on!

What you need for this position:

-3+ years of developing scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
-SQL query and data modelling skills
-Experience mentoring others, running Scrum sessions and doing code reviews

What you'll be doing:

-75% development of new projects in Ruby on Rails
-25% Mentoring others, code reviews, working with stakeholders to write requirements
-Optimizing large data sets and using open source tools such as: Git, Ruby on Rails, Ajax and more!
