Based in downtown Boston, MA, we are looking for you to mentor our junior team of Ruby on Rails Engineers along with providing strategic design decisions for our highly scalable music platform. What you need for this position:
-3+ years of developing scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
-SQL query and data modelling skills
-Experience mentoring others, running Scrum sessions and doing code reviews
What you'll be doing:
-75% development of new projects in Ruby on Rails
-25% Mentoring others, code reviews, working with stakeholders to write requirements
-Optimizing large data sets and using open source tools such as: Git, Ruby on Rails, Ajax and more!
