What you need for this position:
-3 + years of general UI/UX experience with a focus on user-centric design & new media
- Experience creating UX wireframes & high-fidelity mockups
- Ability to provide detailed descriptions of UX behaviour
-Experience and passion for designing solutions to solve complex design issues
- Up to date knowledge of industry trends and technologies pertaining to social media, video sharing, web sites and mobile apps
- Experience facilitating/defining usability tests as part of the user-centric design process
