Solution Architect Manager - Microsoft Dynamics AX

Our Microsoft Dynamics AX practice is rapidly expanding across the Northeast, Southeast, Central and Great Lakes Region. This position is an addition to the team due to the rapid growth we are experiencing.

The Microsoft Dynamics AX Solution Architect Manager will have a strong overall knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX platform and possess skills in how to architect solutions on a functional and technical level that will deliver high quality results, meet the client's needs and utilize the features and functions correctly and effectively
- Develop functional and technical specifications for Dynamics AX enhancements and integrations to other business applications
- Identify and recommend product customizations and enhancements to meet client requirements
- Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with Functional/Business Consultants and Technical Consultants/Developers to ensure each phase of the AX implementation for the client is being executed with the solutions provided/recommended to the client in a timely manner.
- Function as a subject matter expert for application configuration and design, optimizing features, user experience, data integrity, system performance
- Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to the client
- Engage with project team to gather best practices and guidance from the client in an effort to integrate and improve methodologies and user experience

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Accounting or other related field
- 5+years of Microsoft Dynamics AX experience
- Experience managing multiple full life cycle implementations Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Microsoft Dynamics AX certifications
- Strong organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel(50%-75% which includes local & overnight) and you will have the option to work virtual/remotely. Certain phases of the implementation will not require you to be on the client site.
