Major Professional services firm is seeking highly motivated User Experience candidate with strong experience with user interface design, usability, web development technologies, and interfacing these technologies with Front End user interface system.

Responsibilities:

• Assist design team with gathering functional and user requirements.
• Create user profiles and scenarios, planning and executing focus groups.
• Lead the design of the information architecture and user interface, planning and executing of usability test.
• Developing UI prototypes and documenting user interface design standards and guidelines.
• Communicating user centered design objectives and goal to client executives and other development teams.
• Conduct Front End analysis, interviewing, focus groups and requirement gathering.
• Create, evaluate, and modify high and low fidelity prototypes to support development process. Facilitate iterative testing o f prototypes.
• Design usable interfaces for multiple channels-Internet handheld PDA, tablet PC, and touch screen kiosks.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience with User Interface Design and usability
• 3 years experience in user research techniquest such as usability testing, contextual inquiries and focus groups.
• 3 years hands on current experience with web development technologies such as HTML, DHTML, HTML5, CSS, JAVAScript, XML, Flash, Flex, or Silverlight, RIA.
• 2 years of experience with Rapid Prototyping
• 2 years with executing IA or complex transactional interfaces and taxonomies.
• 3 years of experience with appropriate tools including Axure, Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks, etc. as well as the entire MS Office suite.
• Managers need to have strong leadership and min of 2 years of PM experience over User Experience and Web Technologies.
