Major financial firm is seeking a Web developer who can build web based UI from scratch with front to Back End development, automated Front End testing, and test driven development experience.
Responsibilities:
Designing and coding UI functionality necessary to support the complexities of the trading engine along with enhancing the productivity and experience of the end users.
Qualifications:
High level of skill with JavaScript, CSS, JQuery and understanding of other JavaScript frameworks.
Experience reading and writing HTML, JS, and CSS by hand and be immersed enough in technologies.
Competent in interface design, graphic design, and experience design.
Experience with Java/Spring Back End or similar technologies, JSPs, Apache or Tomcat.
Solid understanding of web application architecture, Object Oriented software and design patterns
Experience, with agile development and associated tools like Jira or RTC.
