Complete Description:
Olea medical is a software editor in medical imaging. We have requirement for a well qualified Installation/Software Support Technician. The candidate will be a member of a support team. The Technician is in contact with hospital ITs, install/upgrade/activate olea software, server and client side and also troubleshoots network/install issues and software bug or misuse as well. The environment varies from single Workstation to large server with multiples clients.
The position requires to often travel to customers and to have strong skills of communication. The position requires to be very respective to directives as we work in a FDA environment.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on software deployment and support.
Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office program suite.
Microsoft Certification MCSA, MCSE.
Knowledge and experience with Server, SAN and Networking technologies.
Experience with Linux, and Windows operating systems and Networking Hardware (Cisco) preferred
Knowledge and Experience with VMWare suite (Horizon and ESXI).
Knowledge with software support tool.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retrieve needed information from IT hospital to install software.
Install software in complex environment, configure to use hospital Active Directory.
Upgrade software in complex environment following a migration path.
Provide Remote Hands assistance, as requested by support teams and customers.
Escort vendors and guests, as it is necessary track visits and maintenance activities using established standards.
Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to new solutions/programs/ideas.
Provide hospitable and enthusiastic assistance to customers and prospects.
Communicate regularly with peer Technicians in other Team facilities regarding operational situations.
Contribute suggestions for improvements in the quality, integrity, and efficiency of operations regularly.

Strong technical skills in the areas of network/Microsoft environment server/client.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Experience & knowledge with PACS systems - Desired - 3 Years
Experience in common network protocols such as TCP/IP - Required - 1 Year
Experience with fault isolation and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks - Required - 1 Year
Experience working with troubleshooting software - Required - 2 Years
Experience working with ISO documentation & process - Required - 5 Years
Experience working with Servers/Open systems including VM infrastructure - Required - 2 Years
