Help Desk Coordinator provides technical support to end users on issues related to performance, maintenance and use of agency's personal computers, networks and applications.
Position requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited community college. Must have considerable experience with repairing PC and laptop hardware; installing and troubleshooting Windows XP and Microsoft Office Professional; upgrading server based software and providing related assistance following an upgrade; working with databases and creating custom reports, mail merges and exporting data. Terminal Server experience desired. Web Design skills preferred.
Ability to work independently and within a team required, and must have good communication skills, both oral and written. Some travel in greater Cleveland area and ability to provide after hours support are required. Position requires a good driving record, valid driver's license and a car.
