Job Description: OnBase Technical Support Specialist

CGI Federal, a wholly owned subsidiary of CGI, has an opening in Cleveland, OH for an OnBase Technical Support Specialist. As a member the Health Care Compliance Team, this person will maintain, edit and update of our OnBase Workflow & Document Management System. Accordingly, this role will require demonstrated capabilities in the design, development and implementation of ECM solutions, which will support internal and external clients in driving business process improvements.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Analyze, design, prototype, testing, develop/enhance applications, production support, including requirements gathering, estimating and documentation
- Interact regularly with internal users and the OnBase support community
- Run and monitor software programs and applications according to specifications, troubleshoot and support production systems
- Implement the configuration and setup of Workflow systems for document capture, routing and disposition
- Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines
- Train end users to operate new or modified programs
- Install and upgrade software products as required
- Provide guidance to test team members
Required qualifications for this role include the following:
- Strong application integration \ automation process experience
- Knowledge of Unity Platform
- Knowledge of OnBase Architecture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment
- Bachelor Degree

Desired Qualifications:
- Hyland OnBase API Certified Developer
- Microsoft development technology, TFS, ASP.Net web site development
