WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?
The Software Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical software support to external customers answering complex questions on functionand usage of our software. Work assignments include monitoring, documenting and managing the resolution process for inquiries received via telephone calls, e-mail, or web in a timely manner, while effectively communicating status with the client to maintain a high rate of client satisfaction. Additionally, set priority based on type of inquiry and identify inquiries which may require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise. You may also provide software training via the web to end clients

IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU?
-4 year degree in MIS or related CS degree
-2+ years' experience directly supporting external software applications
-Excellent communication and problem solving skills
-Detail Oriented
-Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects
-Familiarity with ERP systems
-Knowledge in Database Design and SQL
-Knowledge with VB.NET, C#, C++ (or equivalent languages)
-Experience in Customer Service call center
-Foreign language skills
-IT background is helpful
