You'll need to be well versed and experienced in ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and/or Document Management or Workflow!
This is a growing company that has been profitable year after year! Company has a startup driven type environment and personality to them, has a talented staff, and is currently expanding its Sales and Technology teams in a few different areas with new products getting launched every day.
What you need:
- 3+ years of technical or consulting experience within the Enterprise Content Management, Document Management or Workflow space
- 2+ years of Presales experience
- Experience in solutions implementation and deliver
- Familiar with OnBase
- Understanding of Solution Sales process
- Able to work with enterprise level accounts
- Microsoft technologies - .Net, CSQL
- Excellent solutions provider and problem solver
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
What you'll be doing:
- Be part of the Professional Services Team; responsible for the sales, implementation and support process with Key Accounts.
- Provide technical consultation to key accounts/clients and provide ongoing support - Presales and post sales responsibilities
- Involved in business development, product presentations and supporting the sales teams in client meetings
- Responsible for discovering clients target technical and operating requirements, assess and ensure alignment with the customers stated goals
- Gather client requirements and define technical project scopes and timelines
- Conduct demos and client sites and provide ongoing technical training in platforms, websites and mobile services
- Work with cutting edge technology in a fast paced, growing environment
