Job Summary

The Demand Management group leads demand planning and management for the Global Operations and Engineering organization. This includes providing insight into the demand on the infrastructure resources as well as driving process improvements by optimizing business consumption of infrastructure services.

The Sr Business Analyst (SBA) will support the development, creation and management of demand management processes for the IT infrastructure organization. The SBA will work directly with Business Stakeholders and Infrastructure Technology teams to understand their infrastructure needs.

Job Responsibilities
-Collect, analyze, model and report on demand, develop projections and views of consumption of infrastructure. Own demand planning process
-Develop demand forecast; build statistical forecasting models
-Create weekly, monthly and annual analytics and reporting to support business needs and enable better decision making
-Develop reporting templates, dashboards and ad-hoc reports as-needed
-Track and analyze actual performance as compared to forecasts
-Perform analysis to identify trends and other variations in demand

Qualifications
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position
-Analytic-driven with a proven history of measuring business demand and results
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Access
-Good working knowledge of statistical modeling methods
-Systems and process-oriented with a passion for presenting insights and data that drive future business decisions
-Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics or related technical field desired.
-5-10 years of applicable work experience
-Strong attention to details
-High degree of commitment to meeting deadlines, targets and objectives
