Description

Key Role:

Serve as a language program database analyst to assess and analyze language training database statistics to enhance the effectiveness of a large Army client language training programs. Collect and synchronize databases from subordinate commands for the purpose of conducting consolidated analysis and compiling required reports. Evaluate reports of current language training tracking and reporting statistics. Analyze unit turnover rates and draft monthly reports on its effects on training proficiency, unit capability, and language training programs. Review and identify gaps and report on all US Army foreign language proficiency regulations and messages. Consult and support the Army client with the Language Training Program. Recommend the efficiency and effectiveness of the language training program. This position is located in Ft. Carson, NC.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with supporting special forces language requirements
-1+ years of experience with USSOCOM language training database
-1+ years of experience with data analytics
-Secret clearance required
-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with data entry and database maintenance
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of Army training concepts
-AA or AS degree in a related field preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
