POSITION SUMMARY

The Processing Services group provides support for Debit Processing Services (DPS) and emerging Global Processing initiatives.

JOB SCOPE
-Design and develop HP Nonstop software solutions based on business requirements provided by the Product Management group. Perform reviews of both functional and technical designs for viability as needed.
-Translate business requirements into a functional design, subsequent detailed technical design, as well as, coding, testing and debugging.
-Develop detailed plans and estimates for assigned projects involving others areas as needed.
-Work closely with Quality Assurance, Change Management, Support and Database groups as necessary to complete the project delivery and ensure on time, on budget and high quality deliverables.
-Cultivate, support and promote an organizational culture that provides for high performance, high morale, integrity and teamwork.
-Function as technical lead for projects performing design and code reviews and helping management to create staffing and task plans.
-Analyze application for areas of improvement and develop plans to implement the resolution as appropriate.

Qualifications
-BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical discipline.
-Minimum 8 years experience in all phases of software development life cycle.
-Minimum 5 years experience with design/development on HP Nonstop platform.
-Native C, TAL, TACL, Pathway, DDL, and Inspect experience required.
-Exposure to XML and SOAP, and SQL processing a plus.
-Experience with credit and debit networks processing requirements and rules a plus.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to translate business requirements into design specifications.
-Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
