Description

The senior BA will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, interpreting and presenting incident management data ensuring that all data is correctly captured and verified. Conduct problem analysis and submits recommendations for solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

Ability to prepare documents, reports, charts, tables, dashboards, scorecards and presentation to IT senior management.

Create reporting specifications on adhoc and permanent reports and maintain existing permanent reports used within the department.

Provide trend data and information; may recommend and/or manage changes to correct a problem or improve the quality of the work and/or process

Act as a problem manager who is responsible for managing the lifecycle of MTAI problem efforts to include consulting and driving actions

Perform workflow analysis as needed and recommends process improvements where needed

May develop new processes or manage existing processes within MTAI

Serve as subject matter expert of MI data

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Job Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to take reporting requirements from internal management team, analyze them in detail and provide a solution that satisfies the requestor's reporting request.

Advanced Excel, using pivot tables to create charts and graphs for Scorecards and Dashboards

Demonstrates strong oral and written communications as needed for working with Senior IT Leadership

Proficient in PowerPoint

Advanced experience in report writing skills

Strong, proven analytical skills

Work under limited supervision

Job Specific Desired Skills

Knowledge of the TSYS Incident Management process

Experience and/or Knowledge in business as usual or production support role

Proficient in Service Manager application

Education/Experience

Four year college degree and 4 or more years professional experience or 6 or more years professional experience. Appropriate TSYS experience is preferred.
