WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
-- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of up to 4 software engineers
-- Analyze, plan, and develop high-traffic, high-transaction web/cloud-based enterprise software applications utilizing the full Microsoft .NET technology stack, including ASP.NET (MVC, Javascript/jQuery), C#, Microsoft SQL
-- Create highly-distributed applications based on SOA, utilizing MSMQ and WCF
-- Make technology and feature recommendations
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
-- At least 3 years commercial software engineering experience creating web-based applications utilizing Microsoft .NET, particularly C#, and MS SQL/T-SQL. Bonus points if you also can code ASP.NET (Javascript/jQuery)
-- High-traffic/high-transaction experience strongly preferred. Experience creating distributed applications utilizing MSMQ strongly preferred, WCF for the win!
-- Current experience as a Senior/Lead/Manager of a software engineering team of at least 3 direct reports
-- Experience working with modern SDLC methodologies, including Agile
-- Bachelors Degree from 4-year college/university required; Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field (including minors) strongly preferred; Masters or PhD in Computer Science preferred
